Collaborative Commerce White paper, Sales Excerpt 1: Collaborative Commerce, a new Scient Service offering, integrates key constituencies across the value chain of a product. As part of the Experience Vision Board, I helped define how User Experience integrates with the new offer. As part of this effort, I wrote a white paper on how User Experience is an essential component of Collaborative Commerce. The presentation here and below are exceprts for use in sales decks.

An Integrated Approach : As a result of the success we had on the Multi-National Telecommunication projects, I began to document the process learnings we found along the way. I gave this presentation to the Customer Experience Architect's Neighborhood. This presentation was recognized as best practices and incorporated into Customer Experience Architect training.

Integrating Business, Experience and Technology: Similar to the above, the process refinements we developed durring the Vectren projects were incorporated into the revision of the Scient Approach. The slides map how each of the different disciplines, Business, Experience, and Technology each work together. In the end, the goal is to ensure that the Scope Map (business functionality mapped to functional unit) maps to the Narrative Map (business functionality mapped to profile scenario).
